Please type all information requested below directly on your computer.  Then click on “Submit”.  The bid you requested will be mailed to you within one business day.  A separate bid request form must be filled out and submitted for every bid requested.
Bids will not be mailed if requested by the vendor less than three full business days before bid opening date and time .
However, vendors may come to the Procurement Office and pick up a bid at any time before the bid opening.
Please call 516.572.7307 first so the bid(s) will be ready for pickup.NOTE: BID OPENING TIME IS 2:00 PM.
The College will not be held responsible for bids arriving too late at vendor’s place of business due to service of the U.S. Post Office or any other circumstances. 
Vendors are encouraged to request bids as early as possible.
